High Intensity Interval Training

Description: High Intensity Interval Training, otherwise know as H.I.I.T. This class is designed to burn the greatest amount of calories while providing the greatest strength gains. It is not for the faint of heart but it will get the results you're looking for. HIIT works because it forces the body to burn it's stored energy and raise the metabolism for eighteen hours after the workout. We have had clients lose over 100lbs in less then a year. These results are not typical but very possible with the some hardwork and commitment. Golf Fit

Description: Golf Fit is designed to increase your ability to make a balanced, level turn and release that turn with power! We work on balance, flexibility, strength, power, and focus. This class will teach you how to properly warmup before a round and your workouts. It will teach you the secrets of how to maximize weight transfer to create the greatest amount of clubhead speed. In short, this is the class you have been looking for! Get in the best shape of your life and learn how to use your new, stronger, body to hit longer and more consistantly.

Kettle Bell Blitz

Days & Time: Mon, Wed, & Fri at 6pm and Saturday 8am to 9:30

Description: Kettle Bell Blitz (KBB) is the training you have hear do much about. From USA Today to Golf Digest, kettlebell training has gotten a great deal of attention. It uses the Russian Kettlebell. This type of training is over a 100 years old and is continuing to get results. In short, the kettlebell provides an secondary lever system which challenges the Central Nervious System to predict and anticipate momentary changes in enertia. What does that mean? It teachers your body to hit harder, run faster, jump high, and to be a better athlete then you ever thought possible. Not sure? Come try a class, if you're not hooked it's on me.
